Account Closed idk I saw a movie over the holidays that think some people can predict it!

Not sure if you want to travel, but we have a real estate investors networking meeting (SJREIA Central) coming up on May 21st at the Holiday Inn in Princeton, NJ.

Trying to evict near holidays is not good in our county! 

My primary goal is to not have a giant empire but to grow a quality, ethical business the right way while of course earning an income/profit in the process.

The main rental season is the summer and holidays, and if you brought in $1000 per week, you might see about $12-14K for the year.

I think we could have gotten a bit more but didn't want to chance it with the holidays coming.

I'm new at this, but this seems like a giant red flag.

Holiday weekends are great, because it's likely that at least one house in the neighborhood is having a BBQ.

Most places don't allow you to count the day on which the notice is served, and many don't allow you to count weekends or legal holidays either.I believe in New York, it's common for landlords to serve the "Written Demand for Payment of Past Due Rent" as soon as rent is past due (the day after the due date... when it becomes late).
