Landlord, always. ...Sounds like you haven't had a tenant lock themselves out and then remember that a first floor window was unlocked (or even open), and then make finger sized holes in the lower corners so that the screen latches can be unlatched to open the screen fully.

Be careful, and don't buy whatever they point their finger at, and do your homework.You may be better served to contact a local property management company to learn about about market rents, run comparables, etc.Ask the Realtor what he thinks you can get the property for, and see if the numbers work.Hope that helps, good luck!
