I remember when I was in college one of my English professor required us to submit every essay through this before submitting it.

I have been trying to get in touch with their customer service people, but after holding for more than 30 min, I was put in touch with some who barley spoke English and certainly didn't understand what I was trying to accomplish.Has anyone else had this experience with them and what can I do to make my list better?

It maybe hard, but its possible to do a "soft" major (e.g. english, psychology, etc) and wind up making lots of money.You can still become a doctor, work on wall street, etc.

If the cabinets are just dirty we (wife) clean them thoroughly in and out with a good cleaner and use some Old English or similar product.

It literally looks like you hired someone on Upwork that doesn't speak English to write all of your copy.
