I was reading on their website it takes 5 business days for bank account transactions to post and 3 for cards.

Reasonable time to get something like an Ac unit is as much as 5 business days.

Give applicant A a tight window to submit the documentation...no more than the end of business day.

"Due and payable as rent" is a very powerful clause and I've never had any push back from it.For every 5 business days the security deposit is late, a late fee of $50 per week will accrue, due and payable as rent.The security deposit must be paid in full for the late fee to stop accruing. 

Perhaps the next business day (or two at most) would be reasonable.

We're trying to find out from the bank if it's seven business days to do the inspection, or just 7 days.

If borrowers accept, then we close in 5 - 7 business days.

One should always be able to put up a reasonable deposit.. and have 10 business days to do your Due diligence IE home inspection.. etc.. then go hard with your deposit.this is one reason I don't deal with wholesalers they try to get non refundable money out of you up front..

Don’t have the luxury of waiting up to 5 business days for traditional ACH.

It collects our rent and deposits it into our account the next business day (for no fee for ACH - tenants pay a fee to use a Credit card), broadcasts our listings, screens the tenants, tracks expenses, handles leases,  tracks tenant payments, applies late fees, allows for reporting of maintenance issues, etc, etc.
