This could be a big Hassel for someone to check and keep refilling tanks.This is also why I will only supply charcoal grills.

I can't tell you how many little appliance widgets like george forman grills etc were left behind.

Either, as you go through stuff you decide it's not worth the hassle, or he starts having to write down things like "the carpet was 5 years old, so I decided I didn't have to clean it" and "my girlfriend said she was going to clean the stove, but she didn't" or "That orange stain is BBQ sauce, but someone else spilled it, so it's not my fault". 

He is also giving me 2 parking spaces, Free H20 hook up, a place to store and use a BBQ even though stove and oven inside unit with peninsula island, Vaulted 12 foot high living room with pull out additional queen size couch and flat screen tv, free wifi and satellite TV, Full size fridge and Microwave even alarge MBR closet that holds washer and dryer stackable(but the owner will let me use a new washer and dryer he has on land for free!

He pays less than he did at the apartment for a much nicer home, the roommate pays the same for larger room, bigger house, better amenities (roommate went out and bought a backyard grill first thing, not allowed in apartments), and my son is building equity and appreciation instead of paying someone else's mortgage.  

I grill them usually to see what I can get out of them.

It's like seperate hall part of some eating place like Denny's or BBQ or something.

I don't expect too much help, but I'm sure y'all can provide me with some gold nuggets of help throughout the process.Please feel free to grill into me and tell me if I am wrong, or if there is anything I can fix about my post.
