I don't see the point of all these investors doing STRs for the tax savings, for higher cash flow OOS, it does make sense.

There are some higher growth markets for appreciation and some more stagnant markets here in Ohio which are better for cashflow @Raz Malik

We've done DSCR deals sub $100K as long as the appraised value comes in at $75K or higher.

I strictly use them to trade into places I really want to go and I can never, ever beat the price I pay for a week as compared to normal rentals rates which are three to seven times higher per night.  

Yes you are borrowing it, but if the asset can support it, wouldn't you rather have an investment with no cash investment making positive cash flow vs. an asset that has your money tied up making a slightly higher cash flow?

You'll need to aim for 1.00 or higher ratio to make it work for lenders offering those programs.
