Hi Gustaf, possibly, although the focus is more geared towards single and multifamily currently.

PI is a quiet town more geared toward tourism on South Padre Island, but will likely frow due to LPG.There are definitely some opportunities down here in the Rio Grande Valley for people who know how to operate, but one challenge you will encounter will be that it's very hard fine good employees.

I've never heard of Baselane but it seems like it's geared more towards rental property owners. 

We're currently shifting gears to custom and semi-custom homes. 

REI is primarily to grow equity, if someone is looking for mostly cash flow I would start or buy a business, much better geared for cash flow.
