At a minimum I think it'd be worth getting a written agreement, perhaps just memorializing the TAW agreement rather than a full lease with specified tenure.You also make a valid point on the security deposits - just reading that section of the mass.gov webpage on Landlord rights and responsibilities was quite a chore to understand the various steps and requirements involved!

I've heard that theres somewhere, i belive government webpage where you can run a credit score for free once a year.

Under the 'Learn' tab at the top of the webpage are a lot of great 'how-to' guides.

Second best I found is just using the city tax assessor webpage. 

A funnel is a series of webpages "funnelling" potential sellers from the first page, convincing them to fill in the form page after page as they go through the funnel.The reason that is a bad method is because you are trying to "convince" people to fill in the form.

I received an email from my case handler today and she said it's approved, and to wait for the update on the web page.

I'd also check out LinkedIn Learning webpage.

This leads me to many of the city webpages trying to glean some information out of the city council minutes or reading their economic development plans to find some hidden value.
