Billy I did a hoarder last year that I took 300,000 obs to the dump.. cost me 75k just to remove all the crap.. now that included the houses that was wasted and of no value.. but still.that guy lived there about 10 years so I figure he went out daily and brought back about 100 lbs of junk LOL now that included a few cars an RV a boat. you know all those prized possessions and in our area you don't beat back the shrub's etc the whole place was not visible from the street half the stuff was intertwined with vegetation.

IMO, the frugal would likely much prefer to grow their own fruits and vegetables, shop for raw quality ingredients, and invest a bit more time and money in their food in the short term to cook their own meals with quality ingredients in order to achieve the long term benefits of eating more healthy, while still saving money over going out to eat.

My client is debated between buying a 2+2 and renting one of the room or buying a 1+1.My take is that the price difference is too thin to justify the difference in utility and versatility.

Hi Terri,Nice job, looks like a money maker. The other homes nearby look very well kept up too.It certainly looks rentable. But I wondered if it would look bigger with the vegetation removed (less upkeep) so I made a mock-up of it.Good Luck!
