Finding trades is tough yes, we've ended up bringing up family contractors from OC to help us do a lot of our work DIY but I do have contacts for some trades e.g. kitchen, tile, flooring, countertops, electrical, roof and landscape if you need some DM me. 

And depending on a person's upbringing, they may have a long road to travel to get right, mentally.

They end up bringing it to me so I can explain it to them and train them on it.  

People are innately good, it's only when we are bread with capitalistic upbringings (and those upbringings stick, and they mostly do) that people do bad things.

But I think a different way of looking at it is providing a safe, quality upbringing vs planning for the unknown too much.

Around the same time, a local Remax Realtor/Team leader I had known awhile and was too uncomfortable to 'pitch' EXP to ended up bringing his $40mil/annual volume team over to EXP. 

My plan was to rent out the house but I just found out my taxes went up bringing the monthly payment to 3100 this is definitely higher than market rent in this area.

I recently was doing a deal here locally in Cicero and ended up bringing in an attorney recommended by @Mark Ainley to do our JV agreement.

My wife had a similar upbringing so we decided to push for ourselves to build businesses because, "why not" and so we would never have to feel the way they did in those situations.

Some attorney, stock broker, asset manager, administrator or trustee saw the note and spoke up bringing attention to the activity.
