To me that means an account owned by a trust and that would be an unusual account in which to hold security deposits.When I had a SF property manager, they typically held the security deposits.

I believe that's why most title companies ask for an explanation if the dated date on the deed is unusually early than the recorded date and may refuse to rely on the recorded deed and require a new one to insure title.

I will just run the first three on my list 193 heights dr northfield , dom 176, listed at 49,900, bought for 45,000 1467 sunnyacres copley, dom 83, listed at 63,900, bought for 53,500 3331 myersville rd uniontown, dom 127, listed at 47,900, bought for 46,000 I dont see any "secrets" here, nothing unusual or exceptionial in these "discounts" for our area.
