My investments were all what they termed private placement and was essentially funds used for lending, buying notes and recently land trust.After MIdland sprun this on us, my spouse also has accounts, I did some research but didn't see a purpose to remove our accounts at the time.I have not been with ET long enough to give comment on them and what little "issues" occured were technical.

Are you having issues finding a lender that can do this for you?

I am eager to start but can't get around the glaring issue of not having initial capital so I was wondering if there are any methods you guys would use to raise capital if you were in my shoes or is it just time to put my head down and put in long hours? 

If you don't mind sharing, what maintenance issues did you run into?

I find that it's almost a one stop shop in that I can use it for my business checking and savings accounts, bookkeeping, for rent collection, I can issue virtual credit card, I can create all the financial reports I need to run my real estate business and prepare for tax filing and through their partners I can vet my tenants, develop state-specific leases and more.

Flat out, I realize we're friends/family, but I need this lease in place to comply with laws that require things in writing and for my protection should there ever be issues.

Get there in person and find the house in a sink hole or wrapped in meth lab tape or some other huge issue not seen online.#5 There used to be a lady named Sandra Edmonds I believe and she went by the name of TAx Lien Lady. 

Has anyone else had this same issue?

Who will take care of common area issues like lawn maintenance, roof leaks, etc.?

are you handy or do you have team of handyman when issues arise?
