Four months later gas prices marched to unprecedented levels and Illinois passed a ban on smoking indoors.

So, this data tries to factor out facts like many houses getting bigger and more expensive and tries to show what the price of the same house would look like over time.I think this graph sends the message we've had a bubble in housing prices that is unprecedented.

. #1.....Seriously though, It's pretty unprecedented what's happening here, and many of the jobs could come back in the coming months as we adapt and adjust, there's going to be an even bigger gap of  HAVES and HAVE NOTS. 

I have met very few people who say they are glad they didn't buy earlier, and a ton who wish they would have bought earlier.We are in a unprecedented time right now as far as the economy in Hawaii and the residential real estate market.First, the current economy is effected by a non-financial issue; COVID. 

This is an unprecedented time, and I would imagine that the most they would give you is a stern talking to as long as you are using quality subs. 

Because of all this, if I were looking at STRs, I'd be extremely conservative with STR financial models right now--for instance, I'd want to include worst-case scenarios (like unprecedented vacancy) in my model, and I'd want to have multiple viable exit strategies on the table.

And of course.... rates are at unprecedented low levels for locking in good economics.

At the same time stimulus checks have gone out, enhanced unemployment benefits for those affected were making some people make more than they did when they worked and the CARES act gave unprecedented access to retirement accounts. 

However, we've had an unprecedented run up in real estate prices during the recent boom and can expect and unprecedented decline in real estate values as a result.

This is probably an oversimplified perspective but with my personal STRs, I got spoiled with a lot of expensive, long, and unprecedented stays thanks to Covid.
