This isn't the same (IMO) as if this assessment was for some kind of "new" or "unplanned" expense.

It's funny I see on Facebook people posting seminars for free in their town and and like blind squirrels trying to find a nut these people get all excited and worked up about it.

I will negotiate a contract and take you through closing for 6 percent unless there are comprehensive and unplanned negotiations regarding; major repairs which are unknown at this time, hidden title/easement complications, water and sewer repairs or negotiations etc. in the case of extensive negotiations and or repairs, the commission will escalate to 8 percent.

There is a balance to be created between enjoying the fruits of your labor and saving as the squirrel does for the rainy day. 

I saw a squirrel in the building I’m renting in today, maintenance did not address the issue even though it was brought to their attention a few days ago should I call license& inspection?

It was unplanned but she had managed the few properties we had in Ca for decades, and she is doing a bang up job. 

Well let me say this, if you can withstand this downturn by preparing for the harsh winter like squirrels do with nuts, you can survive this.  

What if he's nuttier than squirrel poop but keeps a pretty clean home and pays his bills on time?
