An inexpensive home can be safe and secure, it may need paint, carpeting might be worn but there is no excuse in owning a fire hazard or an unhealthy environment and preying on the poorer of those in any community. :)

Staying in a hotel is truly unhealthy if you need to stay more than 2 weeks somewhere.People who want it to stop so hard, they should just pay market rate to indemnify airbnb owners, and then pay the difference with hotel to airbnb clients.

My PM has been following "their process" with the lawyers, but the courts continue to issue continuances when the tenant claims unhealthy enough to appear.  

The problem with blasting noise and creating other problems for the tenant, is it can be *easily* argued in front of a judge, that an unsafe and unhealthy environment was created by the owner for the tenant and that opens a whole 'nother package of problems and significantly increases the lawsuit dollar amount.

I am 20 and almost all my friends do it(I don't because I believe it's unhealthy, stupid and a waste of money) and their apartments, clothes and cars smell like sh*t.

I think the point of this thread was carried elsewhere due to an unhealthy sense of pride and adult ADHD.

Probably one many share, be they criminal defense lawyers that get someone they know is guilty off the hook, or someone selling an unhealthy food product in the developing world,  or even those marketing an addictive one like tobacco.

I'll look into that area.I also have to disagree on one thing--Exit 253 in Schererville has the biggest selection of restaurants in a one-mile stretch I have ever seen :) Living in Chicago but growing up in Fort Wayne, sometimes I miss all those unhealthy chain restaurants I used to think nothing of. 

I'd speculate they don't mind a sick, unhealthy, overweight, depressed, anxiety ridden populace.
