At least in Wisconsin.It is tough for a seller to go back to market having to explain there is nothing wrong with the house, it was financing etc, and therefore not uncommon to try to negotiate EM, especially if the case is not clear.

We were provided photocopies of handwritten receipts of rent paid, which also had large gaps in time and did not match the amounts shown in the lease agreement.The above is uncommon, and in my opinion, should be seen as a risk to a buyer.

Lot and block is a little easier although in my Land And Timber days it was not uncommon to run a Blaze line come up to a usgs quarter or section monument then have a survey 10 feet away.. makes a big difference when your logging.
