Fingers crossed for retroactive application lol

City officials are pointing fingers at landlords, suggesting they're charging inflated rents to maximize the voucher payout.Mayor Whitmire reportedly lobbied for more funding in Washington back in May. 

If you want to point the finger, we can blame the Fed for holding rates low for so long, and the govt for printing 5 T, making money real cheap and allowing these NY investors to over pay on the real estate.I guess you have to wait until the banks take these assets back.

My fingers are cramped from crunching market data that was almost comparable to Lawton's.

As a hard money guy with my finger on the pulse of the lending market I'm always happy to give you an idea of whether the pricing/terms you are being quoted are reasonable.

Guest takes more care of the property, since you,  the host, are the only judge to decide if you retain or not the deposit in case of damage or issues.Another Good: You can write in your contract that non respect of rules may lead to lose some of the deposit: Like noise, or a very unclean check out, etc...

We wont close until end of September so keeping my fingers crossed but wanted to share my experience.
