It’s an item in our roadmap, but maybe I just need to prioritize it to the top of the list in 1H 2024.Bottom line is that I allowed us to stop supporting it several years ago, in a decision I wish I could have back. honestly, I used to use the app personally as well.

Hard money lenders are often more willing to take on higher-risk projects and offer faster closings, but the trade-off can be higher interest rates and shorter terms.

If I believe I can generate enough profit this year and navigate any potential inspections next year, I’d be comfortable moving forward—using the income earned to cover any necessary upgrades.An alternative exit strategy is to document the financial performance and sell the property as-is, highlighting its strong short-term rental income.Think through your next five moves, from best to worst-case scenarios, and make a decision that aligns with your goals. 

My top priority is having maximum flexibility with what I can invest in within my HSA, second priority is ease of use and convenience of the investing platform, third is minimizing any account, trading, or management fees charged by the HSA provider. 

It doesn’t cost you anything and gives the tenant time to rearrange their entire life around your decision.
