I am not looking for a hand out just a hand up.     

All I'd want them to do would be to stay in the house as people check it out, and hand out print-outs I'd give them such as a 1-pager and seller's disclosure.The house was my primary residence originally, but I then rented it for many years.

shouold i give them a brochure? a biz card? both? 

I am not looking for handouts, we are all looking for the common goal or are already there.

In Vegas the Forclosure sales are at the title co parking lot.. and they hand out all sorts of info on the days auctions thereby helping many who could never compete.

Account ClosedIt will all depend on the long term path of oil prices and how much additional stimulus (read handouts) are given by the AB and federal governments {though they have perhaps learned their lessons in that area}.The real estate market was/is extremely frothy and over valued.  

Go to your local REIA, hand out cards, ask what do you do?

I may be in error using "all", please excuse that.Absolutely a wholesaler can act professionally, with integrity, deal honestly, in good faith, with valid contracts and fair valuations, but they aren't if they simply tell a seller they are  buying, then chase off looking for areal buyer, assign the contract with their hand out!
