In just the past few years we have gained excellent traction having completed 12 real estate private equity transactions totaling $3.8 million averaging 30% return on capital investment.

Especially with plans to revitalize the harbor finally getting traction and more importantly, The Orioles and Ravens looking to be powerhouses for years to come lol. 

I want to find some traction that works for me and just follow the process over and over again until I reach that financial freedom goal, by age 45.

A huge motivator for why I chose this profession was the opportunity to get some traction with real estate while I work my W2 job.

For anything under $1100, we get incredible traction on the Zillow platform.

Different levels of risk to everything and different time commitments to really gain traction. 

Coming in after it rained, I lost traction myself due to the tile being slippery.

I have a question that I posted on its own thread but it didn't get much traction here. 

There's definitely a lot traction when Spring/Summer kicks in.
