After getting a phone call a few years later from the police department about a 12 and 14 year kids that weren't supposed to be living there getting charged with felony terrorist threats, I gave them their notice to move.

How about this food for thought - if a nation were to have a somewhat rational central bank, relatively friendly business environment, relative safety from terrorist fuelled disruption, and to become a world leader in energy production, would you want to invest there?

Conversely, if things don't go your way...you run into mold or some other unexpected issue, the real estate market takes an unexpected negative turn, a terrorist runs airplanes into a NY skyscraper...things can go South quickly for you and your family.
