No problem getting other applicants as very desirable but terrible time of year.

The are not terrible war zone areas .

I would love to help if you're still interested in the Norfolk ODU area,  great place to invest if you know the market well,  can be terrible if you don't know the right neighborhoods.. 

Partial claims were not terribly common prior to COVID.

The 3 girls decided they don't work well with a 4th roommate and will be leaving when their lease ends on 7/31, I will not be renewing the 4th girl's lease because she is a terrible tenant, so the house will be fully available. 

@Grace Hartman I don't mean this in a negative way but you're in this situation due to lack of experience, terribly high contractor quotes, or a combination.
