Austin’s a different beast..there’s a mix of tech money and old-school homeowners who appreciate a certain flair.

The city's population growth, strong rental demand, and job opportunities in tech, logistics, and military sectors make it a reliable choice.

The macroeconomics here is booming - the tech sector growth keeps the population and job market growing and rental demand strong.

I would look into markets that heavily tech-focused like Columbus and invest.

I mainly focus on Columbus, Ohio, where big tech companies like Intel, Meta, Amazon, and Google have moved in, boosting property values and job growth.

Whether you like it or not this is actual currency and by the seconds of time valued in actual US dollars with US cash dispensing ATMs etc...It has been mostly an Asian deal so far...We can speculate if the new tech is fully adopted by Americans what that could mean for the future.
