We've done something similar by offering local coffee, tea, snack baskets, bottled water, local pastries, and seasonal flavors (pumpkin spice, peppermint, gingerbread, etc.) which have been a big hit with much less risk involved.

Slow growth wood yields much more heartwood, which is the longest lasting part of the tree, whereas sap wood (new growth wood) will rot very quickly.

I wouldn't recommend him for anything investment-related or commercial, but if it's just a HELOC on your primary, he'll do an excellent job.Just don't go to Lending Tree or any of that nonsense.

Can't really see the metal wall from my house but you can see the roof to the commercial building as you're driving in and in the winter the trees provide less cover - although there is a very high and nice privacy fence to separate.
