Granted some are not that swift,  some dont return calls or answer their phone ( major pet peeve of mine and I won't do business with one of those types )  Good thing for you young and upcoming agents to remember Answer your friggen phone the whole world does not like text messaging.I suspect some of you folks who characterize lying probably do not have enough experience to really understand what your saying or insinuating..
