My avalanche is about to get a tune up new suspension and 4 new tires less than 2000$ and it will be ready to go anoter 75k2.

In a saturated market with high traffic, the play is to create properties that are decorated and themed extremely well so they will pop out online.

This growth, driven by factors like retirees, job opportunities, and a desirable climate, increases demand for rental properties.Tourism: Florida is a major tourist destination, with attractions like theme parks, beaches, and cultural events drawing millions of visitors each year.

In Orlando, you have the opportunity to drive appreciation by buying a poorly performing, underdecorated STR at and drive appreciation by transforming it to a highly themed, well decorated property which books well.

I'd love to see full picture context of inventory in other markets like I have here, I bet ya it's a common theme....

The bookshelf is integrated for a neat academic theme.

If it was my thing, ever high was in like new condition, and it fit the theme I was going for maybe I’d pay $5-$10k more for it to be setup?

And Schedule E has some very similar themes to it as well….some deductions can be added BACK to your qualifying income while at the same time REDUCING your taxable liability.
