LOL  a softer way to say this is if your simply looking to become a landlord this is a very easy subject to read up on and learn and understand U do not need to pay someone to teach it to you.

Research local regulations and permits for STRs in your chosen markets to avoid surprises.

It doesn't seem this "accelerator program" is offering anything of true value and quite frankly I am surprised someone such as yourself who has 10 years of experience and owns 50 properties would fall for a gimmick.

It is very easy to save money working in public accounting.I forgot what my dinner allowance was working at the big four 5 years ago in a major city(I think it was like $20?)

AirBnB has been the biggest surprise. 

In person is better than over the phone if possible, as I have been told by annoyed or lazy clerks "NO STR allowed" as that was the easy button to get me off the phone, or if they are anti STR. 

As mentioned above it there are dozens if not a hundred+ small items that are easy to forget that guests will expect you to have (can opener, wine opener, oven mitts etc) 

Go find another property and just check in with this guy once every month or so....you might be surprised one day :-)
