If you can sub-meter the water that is always preferred it just depends on how feasible it is to do that. 

Self storage will have different networks and nuances than multifamily or office or retail.

Unless the numbers are really off it likely should be feasible Hi Matt, it doesn't cash flow as an LTR which is why I am trying the mid term strategy.

But this diversifies from just Self Storage.
