You don't want to run afoul of building codes and may also get sticky with your lender.Many banks do like a year of seasoning before doing a refi.

Using VA loans for investment properties can get sticky quickly and once you have mutliple properties it will likely confuse most people...lenders included.1.

I did targeted spraying with Gentro and set HoyHoy sticky bug traps near where I saw the 10pm activity.
