I live in my parents rental in OK which was my childhood home(Class C Area). 2 doors down is family friend who hasn't managed his life too well ie financial, marital, spiritual, and health problems.I talked to him today and he is going to be put out on the street in a couple months because he can't keep his home.He wants to sell to me or my dad because we've gained favor with him. !!!

I think if you don't need to sell it when your funds are not very tight, the house is sometimes a spiritual sustenance.
