My read is the president spent months talking with the fringe of his party and released a meaningless press release to appease them.

I would look in Mabelton/Austell or maybe the fringes of Vinings for a lot less money.  

In the end, the real benefit is not to the REI, it is to these people who will no longer live on the fringes of society and fall prey to scams and corruption.

So, I've recently sold my first rental property (a SFR on the fringe of the Kansas City metro that came-to-be as my family's first residence) and I am now looking to take my first step into BRRRR. 

I currently work as director-level major gifts fundraiser for a non-profit here, but am hoping to parlay some of my skills to a career in real estate.My mother has worked as a real estate agent for a majority of my life (in TX), even starting her own company / brokerage six years ago, so I've grown up on the fringes of the real estate community.

In this area conditions change from block to block, as it is on the fringes of the war zone, however it is also on the fringes of an area that has seen a great deal of investment and gentrification over the past 15-20 years.

For example, a lot of people are looking in one core city as well as some "fringe cities"within 30-45 min of that core city right now, because the core city is too competitive/expensive. 

We have had some success on the "fringes" where the institutional money doesn't play but are still solid markets.  

Unlicensed brokers, acting as fringe operators skirting the laws have nothing to lose.
