In a previous post I quoted from the company’s website that apparently both the “advisor” and the investment representative are compensated solely on commission, based on sales.

As an investor your sole "Boots on the ground" should not be people selling you a property.  

Instead of focusing solely on cash flow after a large down payment, we analyze how the property performs with less cash in so you can see if it holds up.

I thought it best to build these relationships early with smaller deals and scale up rather than come out of nowhere with a larger request later (after using solely personal capital on dealflow).  

So if you were investing solely in smaller cabins, you'd think sevier county was doing pretty good right now. 

Is house hacking worth it solely to qualify for an FHA loan?
