I require the medical provider to explicitly state they are aware of AB468 requirements.  

I would look for other types of travelers in addition to traveling medical professionals.

Likely your tenant is already aware of this, but I understand its a sensitive topic and a big jump as well - if they've been a good tenant so far, it could be worth it to have a convo of raising the rent but giving a discount for them taking care of XYZ on your property/ies. 

Many of my relatives have been born, lived and died in that house over the past couple centuries, and everyone who's been there that's sensitive to ghost activity has told us it's haunted.

This diversification includes healthcare, with the South Texas Medical Center continuing to expand; education, with multiple universities enhancing their tech programs; and the military, with cyber command units at local bases.

If you have a small home (1/1 or 2/1) it may work for travel medical professionals and digital nomads.

Although not as sensitive as hardwood to temperature, humidity and sunlight, these things still effect LVP.

The single biggest thing that I've probably learned about students so far is that they're not price sensitive, mostly because they're not paying for it.

And how sensitive is that to interest rates changes (the rate you brought at vs the rate the new buyer can get in the market when you want to sell?)
