LA City here~How do you market your rental to insurance companies directly for temporary home placement?

Firstly, you can save costs by paying your VAs directly.

My basic underwriting making some standard assumptions on HOA expenses, 20% down, 7% interest rate, 30 year mortgage, utilities, supplies, and maintenance costs shows a loss of about $22k per year if you are self managing.

Even if you plan to self-manage, having a solid property management contact early on is always a good move.
