Couple of questions on this one, as I have not closed on the property yet, but it is scheduled for next week.  1.

The ONLY upside I saw in it was it let me schedule my own showings for listed houses.  

Like many investors I'm looking to get my real estate license to help speed up gettong access to, view properties on my schedule, have access to the mls etc.

We are way behind on schedule to say the least.
