I have the same issue, I canceled few months ago, but got billed again... this is scam 

Had to convince one of my sellers to get out of this scam recently.

it's really difficult to rent a timeshare, i'm not gonna lie, some resorts sells you nothing but lies, telling you that when you get tired of the timeshare, or when you cannot pay it anymore they will help you to rent it, but it never happens :/in my experience, i just can give you a good advice and it's trying to rent it by your own, but in case you are looking to hire someone specialized, just make sure that they're not going to scam you asking for upfront payments!

In my experience within my market, Craigslist is effectively full of scam listings.

Lenders, be careful.... he hasn't stopped trying to scam anyone and everyone

That is old infomercial sales hype to sell get rich quick kits to the unsuspecting public.Good Luck!

You didn't say you had knowledge that the law office holding the escrow was in on this scam.
