I can see if you walk in and say I want to do sandwich lease-options, many will not want to get involved with you.If you can demonstrate knowledge, they will be more likely to work with you, if they see you don't have a clue, you may not be worth thier time teach you the legal issues and why.

John knows FHA financing pretty well I believe, I also believe he does short term deals taking the buyer to an FHA loan, the key to his success (one of them) is understanding what flies for financing.If you're talking about wholesaling a lease-option, the lease being a sandwich lease with you in the middle, I suggest you not begin there.

I suggest you approach other professionals with conventional type transactions to test their knowledge of the options available and not start by talking about no money down deals in a sandwich lease option.
