Rookie question but what do you mean by yield?

Take it easy i am still a rookie and trying to learn all things possible.

I'm going to leave the minute details out, but it was quite the adventure trying to get my money in the right place (and that wasn't due to error or time issue on my part, or dragging of feet in the bigger financial institutions), even when using direct preferred/recommended vendors to RADD IC.

You can lose tens of thousands with rookie mistakes.

I wanted to update on my case as well-- I changed eviction companies in late Dec 2020 after finding out that the first eviction company I hired was incompetent, had my unlawful detainer rejected twice due to clerical errors, and lied to me about the rejections.

That's been the best strategy for me, and most people will say it's the best rookie strategy.

Late tax forms without communication,  late payment, email error and no portal update — inexcusable and concerning.
