Can someone not be a rock star at real estate and then also choose to mentor and teach others?

They all mention that my business plan seems rock solid and they buy into my numbers. 

On the books are Margaritaville development and Hard Rock development with 1000s of acres of homes to be built, that is a bit north and west of Sherman. 

Areas like Memphis, Little Rock, Oklahoma, Texas and even Alabama.

One of our properties is on the far south side over my UW-Rock, which is my favorite rental spot because it's full of single family and duplex homes, lots of cul-du-sacs that keep traffic noise down, and near the interstate.

Outside of real estate and data science, I love board games, cooking, classic rock music and travelling (might travel around Mexico/Cancun if possible). 

Make sure you have well water covered, rock roads versus hard surface.
