We live in one side of our duplex in Plant City, FL, and I am wanting to ask if there are any local meet ups for investors in the Plant City, Tampa, St.

These markets are struggling with supply-demand imbalances, particularly as new construction outpaces demand.Overall, the U.S. multifamily market remains resilient, with certain regions experiencing robust rent growth while others face ongoing challenges.

Its also long term since freshly planted trees or the like take several years to begin bearing fruit.

Or are we talking holes dug everywhere, plants/ shrubs killed, no grass just bare dirt?  

Additionally, once micron (a large microchip processing plant) is up and running (construction is underway) there are expected to be nearly 50,000 additional jobs created in the immediate areas.

Especially with the microchip plants moving into Central New York State.

Put up a fence or plant some trees to break up/block the view of it. 

I would plant small hedges because they are much cheaper.

Industrial midwest cities help built this country and this economy and many got left behind after the manufacturing left and I've seen it first hand how it destroyed communities but they're resilient cities with very strong and resilient people and are excellent for Section 8 rentals.

Certainly there are some losers out there, but I’m really surprised at the resilience of the values overalll.
