I'm using a software that runs on A.I. helps me capture organic leads, automation, my socials, A.i. follow up and has it's own crm.

I would start asking questions about how the organizations you work with handle draws administratively and that should give you a good idea of how things will go. 

That to me is true wholesale.. buy it and actually own it and then resell.

Because the banks were reselling them to over seas market investors.

The experience was really bad as I was getting 1-2 year old leads to cold call that I knew had a 0% success rate and I do much better generating leads organically on my own.

There's other dialers out there that's more custom tailored to organizing calls, lead follow-up plus much more cost effective and honest with a live customer service line.

We are organized and active and that would be our best case scenario.

I believe as an organization you should take a look at how you are handling your investor relations and strive to do better.

So this is some kind of communal organization - there is a "mentor" at the top, and a bunch of "mentees" who do work for each other/for the mentor.Hopefully the asset is all in your name and your name only.
