Has anyone had any experience w/ DYI Bathtub and tile refinishing?   

Refinishing and painting the outside before winter hits now!

The rooms definitely need a facelift (paint/floor refinishing) but may need more work (I have not yet gotten to the inspection phase).

Refinishing hardwoods is different than laminate and there are different kinds of laminates.

We also refinished the tub.Opened up the wall between the living room and dining room area.Repaired siding and added vinyl soffit.Custom built shutters to match the rest of the house.Made the patio into a nice space.

Could someone have repaired/refinished the wall and took the compound down over the baseboard?

We got lucky uncovering some beautiful original pine floors that all we need to do is sand and refinish!
