You can do a Reversed 1031 buying the acquired property first then sell the relingquished property. 

Sell before it does.  

If you take that cash and try to buy units in the area, ask yourself what are they selling for?

Empty rooms don’t sell well, and you want your listing to stand out.

I have been considering reaching out to the seller to see if they are still interested in selling the property and just this week I found a Facebook marketplace posting from the seller trying to sell their home off market because “it became too much for her to maintain alone”. 

“You may not be able to sell any of your shares back to us, and if you do sell your shares, you may not receive the price you paid upon subscription.”That's quite a bit of research.

So I have a house I am going to be selling in a couple weeks, but I’m confused about what the agents are saying.
