Was Christmas post-poned?

Through some miracle, I was able to get a request for postponment on Friday.

It sounds like they are trying to get a little more money to postpone the sale for like 7 days or perhaps shorter/longerIf you get an offer submitted then they may postpone regardless.Have there been any postponements yet or is Jan 5th the original auction date?

Not likely but if you don't try then they definitely will not.Lenders will postpone, especially if they are still reviewing the file.

Leases generally run first to last of month so unless you have a very special circumstance a tenant can not simply postpone a move by a single week.

Needless to say I am beyond frustrated as I had closing scheduled for a Friday, was finally shown the HUD the day before, and immediately postponed the closing.

blighted is blighted.. they just got snookered into buying these things realize they are not sustainable or viable and let them go.. just postponed the inevitable.. other wise why are the locals not buying this stuff to protect their turf  their city their neighborhoods.. ???

Who shows up, why they show up, how they bid, how to qualify for a bid, why over half the sales get postponed or cancelled, etc..

I'm in Oregon so the tax bill will be too much to stomach.Any other options for me to defer/postpone the tax hit?
