That may have a positive effect for you.

Buy quality properties in strong submarkets, finance with low leverage, bulk up on cash reserves, diversify geographically, and you'll be positioned to survive whatever the economy throws at you.

If it's net positive, then make sure to do it up to code, etc so the finished square space can count.

The PM company is starting to kick a little better lately but we had a rough 2024.Always remember that every positive and negative experience when taken well is an opportunity to grow as a person and to learn something valuable.
