Do you have the option of removing the concrete where the driveway and carport are and relaying it within your boundaries?

We invest in the Milwaukee suburbs and most of these driveways are 60-70 years old, which is a good life for a concrete driveway.

This kind of data gives us a more concrete picture of the situation.Questions for discussion:- Renters: Has your landlord mentioned any of these factors when raising rent?

yeah i believe the instulation is R22 Rock solid, R5 sxp foam on the concrete, and the dry wall is something like 5/8th thick.

So if you build a manufactured house and upgrade everything to 2 x 6 exterior, 16" on center, 2 x 4 interior 2x8 subflooringupgraded to Wind Zone III, trailer hitch wheels removed and set as a permanent structure on n a permanent concrete foundation.
