Does anyone else partake in the 12 week year?

I am looking to network and meetup with some like minded real estate individuals, are there any meetups I could partake in that happen on Fridays or Saturdays?

As far as handymen they may partake in some vices of choice which doesn’t make them the most reliable.  

Well, by partaking as a buyer you are part of the market. 

By doing this they would not be paying someone directly and they are actually partaking of the leads from the marketing campaign.

Smoking in unit, which the next visitor may think smells like home and partakes or, complains that the place is not as clean as promised.

With that being said, if a tenant decides to partake in smoking pot on the premises, and they do it discreetly, there probably isn't much you can do and it won't be worth the trouble to do anything.

To avoid conflicts of interest, I prefer to partner with someone who does partake in property management.
