I have been working the last 6 months as a commercial real estate agent focusing on retail investment sales in Los Angeles. 

It needed a pretty good amount of repairs in order to make it retail ready.

Furthermore, the State has put together a task force of prosecutors to put a dent in organized retail theft.

Brokers have their place in the industry as do retail banks/mortgage bankers.

I can kick it to our retail real estate side of the house.

SIH has some marketing gimmick with the Real Estate Guys where they bus unsuspecting retail customers around to the sites to see home being built.

We consider ourselves a "non-denominational" retail space meaning anyone can join our community.
