Pool blue or green? 

I am going to do exactly that... there are a couple of other sea/ocean themed wines as well, this will fill out an empty shelf above the wine glasses... it will be on theme, look amazing in photos, and be 100% alcohol free (without pissing anyone off!) 

These 500 year events may turn into 5 year events with the increase of Hurricanes due to rising ocean temps.

This, our third rental, we plan to do the BRRR method with as we have the other two that are now owned by fortunate new owners over in my other market of Blue Ridge GA.

I have a single STR (4 bed ocean view home) located in a small coastal town on the west coast.

I have a guy that does STR's in Blue Ridge and Ellijay GA as well as Gatlinburg TN.

*Note that we interchangeably use the labels: Lodging House = Rooming House = Single-Room Occupancy (SRO) = Co-Housing PropertyThe building has 3 kitchens and 4 full bathrooms, on 4 floors:3rd floor: The 3rdfloor is ‘off-limits’ to the 1st and 2nd floor tenants, so the two 3rd floor tenants enjoy the exclusivity of their own entrance, and a kitchen and bath shared only with one other unit, plus some distant ocean and Boston skyline views.2nd & 1st floors: Eleven units share 1 kitchen and 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor.
