its probably not much but if it is.. you want to know first hand. if this is your first deal.. its worth the few hundred bucks in my mind.Just think of all the Morris invest clients that if they would have just spent a few hundred bucks to go look at their project they would not be in such dire straights.. but if the TK operator is top notch like a few are there.. you can probably take their word for it.but again if your worried just run out there for a day.

I do not have a lot of capital at my disposal to get into a top-notch neighborhood or a higher priced property, but am looking to put the little I have to work and build from there. 

I use Erickson Plumbing/Electric, they do top notch work and are a lot cheaper than most of the other large shops in town. 

Once you start making calls and researching a bit you will start to see which firms are top notch. 

I was planning on buying one property a year for the first three years using my FHA and VA loans and then kicking it up a notch after that.
